• Ask for volunteers to personally invite new visitors – Ask children, teens & adults who are involved in other organizations.
• Have them make a list of new visitors to invite.
• Make a list of guests that haven’t attended lately.
• Ask for a commitment of invites i.e. 10 families, 20 individuals, etc.
• Remind them to personally invite guests face to face and have them leave behind a postcard or flyer with your Rally Sunday date, time and activities.
• If they are unable to invite visitors face to face, ask them to call and personally talk to their invitee. It’s best not to leave it on a voice message, as it’s hard to get a confirmation on attendance.
• With today’s technology, visitors and guests can be invited through texting or email. It can be effective as long as you ask for an RSVP. Remember to include all the important details; location, date, time and activities.
• Ask for volunteers to build a prayer chain.
• Start the prayer chain with your volunteers that are personally
inviting guests.
•As guests are invited to your Rally Sunday, put their name on
the prayer chain.
