Before school is out for most students, call for another registration. It is hard to connect with families once school lets out. This would be a great time to speak to your congregation and provide an update on Vacation Bible School. Giving them a preview of the theme, introducing the volunteers and asking a couple of students who have attended VBS in past years is a good way to create excitements about the program. Volunteer to meet individually with parents to help them answer any questions or solve any problems. It is a good time to win the trust of parents and students that the program will be flexible and educational along with teaching them about Jesus.
