If your VBS is mid-June, it is time to start putting the details for your VBS in motion. Before school is out plan a training session for your volunteers. Confirm with each volunteer decoration plans for their room, that they have a handle on their educational study, they are trained to include all students, and that their overall vision aligns with your church’s vision. Plan activities for individual grades and ways to bring students of all ages together. This is a good time to remind volunteers to return their background check forms.
